Mobile Messaging Terms
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Braes Tech, Inc. (“Braes”) operates SMS programs on behalf of participating home health and hospice agencies (each, an “Agency”). Messages are transactional and non-marketing, used for care coordination such as visit scheduling, reminders, and time-sensitive notifications.
Opt-In
Enrollment requires explicit consent. You may: (a) check the SMS consent box during intake and sign; (b) reply YES to a confirmation after verbal consent is recorded by staff (double opt-in); or (c) text START to the program number.
Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
STOP / HELP
Text STOP to end messages. You will receive one final confirmation. Text HELP for help, or contact the Agency or Braes at 713-487-9201 or support@braes.com.
Care Not Conditioned on Consent
SMS enrollment is not required to receive care.
No Emergency Use
SMS is not for emergencies. Call 911 for urgent or life-threatening issues.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes
We may modify these Mobile Messaging Terms; updates will be posted here. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
